Tim Weaver,

Tim was born in Hamblen County in 1977. He is the son of Mike Weaver, owner and pharmacist of Mike's Pharmacy. Tim is a 1996 graduate of Morristown Hamblen High School West and also has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management at Tusculum College. Living in the Morristown area for most of his life, Tim has become very knowledgable of the real estate needs and wants of the community. Tim attended the Tennessee Real Estate Educational System in Knoxville, TN and became a licensed agent in 2004. Since then, Tim has grown to be very successful in his real estate career becoming one of the area's top agents. He is also a Multi-Million Dollar Producer, has received the Lakeway Real Estate Award of Excellence in 2005, 2006, and 2007.
Diane Weaver,

Diane is Tim's mother and is married to Mike Weaver, owner and pharmacist at Mike's Pharmacy of Morristown, TN. She is a 1969 graduate at Morristown Hamblen High School East and also has received an Associate of Science in Nursing at Walters State Community College. Diane was also a Health Science Instructor at East High School for several years. Diane decided in 2005 that she would also get her real estate license to assist and team up with Tim to help him become even more successful. She also attended the Tennessee Real Estate Educational System in Knoxville, TN and became a licensed Affiliate Broker. Since then, Tim & Diane have become very popular in the Morristown area.
Brenda Crittenden
Manager/Assistant
Brenda is the newest member of the Weaver Real Estate Team. She joined the Weaver's in June of 2011 as their Office Manager and Assistant in charge of marketing, advertising, accounts receivables and all aspects of the real estate business. She is originally from Morristown, a 1969 graduate from Morristown West High and attended WSCC with a major in Business. She has worked in the real estate field and is familiar with the Morristown market and surrounding areas, as well as establishing virtual tours, marketing and updating our website. Brenda is available and willing to assist you with any questions you may have regarding the Weaver Real Estate team or this website.
