We offer online marketing, virtual tours, local advertising in newspapers, magazine advertising, and the multiple listing service.
MLS Listing - Role of the MLS Your property is immediately listed on the Multiple Listing Service of the Lakeway Area Assoc. of Realtors, therefore allowing hundreds of local realtors within several counties to access photos of and information about your property. Realtor.com - Realtor.com is a nationwide search engine for real estate. Your home will appear within a few days on Realtor.com after it has been listed on our local MLS. Please note: We are members with Realtor.com and as members we have the ability to add additional photos, virtual tours, and a limited amount of other information to your listing on this site. Our Website - We believe online advertising is one of the best ways to market a property. We have our own website which is maintained and updated on a regular basis. Virtual Tours - We offer virtual tours in which we put together photos of your property, add music, verbiage, and listing information. The tours are then hosted by Distinctive Home Tours and we link those tours to our website on our Virtual Tours page and also to each listing.
The Real Estate For Sale Magazine - We advertise monthly with Young’s Publishing, a magazine that reaches over 17 counties in the state, can be picked up virtually anywhere, and is one of the greatest publications we have in this area. Citizen Tribune - the local newspaper is a useful tool in letting local buyers know about your property. We occasionally run ads in the Citizen Tribune newspaper. Listings in the newspaper are on a per rotation basis and are printed either as a display ad or as a classified ad. Click Here
Open Houses - Open houses on your property are done on a per rotation basis as we have several listings and must do them one at a time. We host either public open houses which makes your property open to the general public and anyone interested in touring your property, and we host Realtor Open Houses in which we open your property to the viewing of all local real estate agents who come which enables them to know the property so they in turn will bring their clients back, thus generating more interest in the property.
Listing Books - For our homes that we have listed, we put together a listing book which remains at the property and is available for Realtors/Clients who tour your home. We ask that you leave this book during showings where it is easily accessible. The book will contain a copy of the MLS detail sheet on your property, a group of take out sheets that Realtors/Clients may take with them, the property disclosure, miscellaneous disclosures, photos, and/or a plat map.
Showings: We maintain a simple record of the amount of times your property has been shown by us or other Realtors within the surrounding area. We make follow up calls regarding each showing and list the name of the real estate agent/agency and the date of the showing so we can provide feedback for you.
Feedback: We offer prompt feedback to you regarding the showings and open houses on your home. We follow up with each agent who has toured your property to find out what their clients thought… We can email a report to you or simply give you a phone call. Just let us know what you prefer and how often you’d like to receive a report.
